Delivery
Our priorities are fast, cheap and humane.
- Product delivery prices are specified and selected during checkout. In most cases, it's even free. Delivery to the Curonian Spit + EUR 17.38 per shipment.
- We send the goods via DPD courier or another appropriate forwarding agency. (up to the place where the cargo minibus can reach)
- After receiving your order, we undertake to prepare and send the package within 1-2 days. (otherwise, we will definitely contact you) (usually shipped on the same business day if possible).
If a separate delivery date is specified for the product, the aforementioned delivery dates are not valid. By ordering a product with an exclusive delivery date, the buyer agrees to the specified delivery conditions.
- We inform the buyer about the successfully sent product. We also send the tracking number of the package, which can be used to track the package on the Venipak courier page.
- The delivery term specified by the courier is 1-3 days. (usually the next working day after dispatch). or separately by the term specified for the product.
Important! in the pre-wind period (Christmas, Easter, etc.) due to a strong increase in the work of couriers, the delivery time may be slightly extended, for which we are not responsible and do not provide compensation.
- Important! Even when picking up the ordered goods, you would check them with the courier. If you notice any damage to the package or non-compliance with the package, ask an employee of the shipping company to write a package damage report, and also take a photo of the package. Then contact us (send photos and order information) and we will immediately resolve the situation. We always strive for mutually pleasant communication and the discovery of objective solutions to unpleasant situations. We want you, our customers, to be satisfied.
- If the shipment is heavier than 30 kg, the recipient must take care of or help the courier himself. The customer must ensure that the goods fit and that it is possible to deliver them finally. If it is not possible to help, it is recommended to order a delivery service which costs 20 EUR. For shipments up to 80 kg.
- We ship to Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Holland, France, Slovakia, Germany, Denmark, Great Britain, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Sweden, Ireland, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Pro-Portugal, Romania.
